Resistance bands have been gaining in popularity for their relatively low cost and the flexibility they can bring to your training programmes. Resistance bands are not just for weightlifting and powerlifting, they can also be used for speed and agility training, jumping, aerobics, stretching, general conditioning, rehabilitation, and the list goes on.
