Before sending anything back to us, you need to complete a return request form at the bottom of this page.
This is essential for processing your return and ensuring a record of your request. You must then include your order number (or a copy of the invoice) and send it back along with your goods for a refund within 28 days of receipt of goods.
Goods must be in new/unused condition with no blemishes, defects or parts missing, and in their original packaging (which must not show any damage nor be defaced in any way).
Any used goods or products that are not in their original packaging or outside the 28-day timeframe will not be accepted.
Items that are ordered in especially for customers or made to order (all Pullum-branded Gym Equipment) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Custom-made equipment or clothing is non-refundable.
