Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - To ensure Christmas delivery, please place your order by midday on Monday, 22nd December (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after items have been dispatched.)

Orders placed after 23rd December 2025, will ship from 5th January 2026.

Free shipping is available on website orders over £1,000 to mainland UK addresses. This offer does not apply to custom quotations or bespoke orders.

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees payable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.

We dispatch over 95% of online orders on the next working day. However, dispatch times may be longer during busy periods, such as Christmas.

Custom-made products and hand-built equipment require additional manufacturing time before dispatch. Estimated lead times are provided on the relevant product pages where applicable.

Additionally, lead times for certain products may occasionally be longer while we are awaiting stock replenishment. As our suppliers' lead times can vary, we are unable to provide accurate estimated dispatch dates in these circumstances.

Pallet deliveries are normally made as kerbside delivery only. Alternative delivery arrangements may be available upon written request (email accepted).

Please inform us of any delivery access restrictions or obstructions before delivery and ensure that the delivery area is clear and accessible.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

While we will always endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party carriers or any claims for compensation arising from late delivery.
