The Xvest is adjustable with individual cylindrical weights from 1 lb to 84 lbs. It is much safer and more effective than ankle weights, wrist weights, weight belt and backpack. It is the most versatile sports training and fitness tool on the market today.The two-piece clamshell design of the Xvest is a feature based upon Orthopedic back braces that aid in the proper spinal alignment and support, which is non-existent in our competitors weight vests and is one of many features that makes the Xvest superior to the rest. We have taken two pieces and brought them together through shoulder strapping and lateral straps, which allows customizing the fit to your body and torso and proper placement of the weights, resulting in optimal center of gravity without restricting any type of range of motion. Only with proper alignment and fit can you attain a safe and effective workout that delivers results.
If you incorporate the Xvest into your plyometric, speed, agility, plyogility, conditioning routines or exercises, your gains and performance will be greatly improved. By over-loading your body while doing those exercises at an increased weight than you are accustom to, you are creating a new level of resistance and reprogramming your muscles fibers and your brain to work under this new level of resistance. 2. The Xvest is made of a 400 Denier Nylon that has been treated with an Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Microbial.
3. Seams are surged and bound.
4. Individual weight pockets give you complete control
and stability of the weight. Now, you have less of an opportunity of weight migration, movement and injury.
5. D-Ring: for multi-plane resistance training.
6. Adjustability in length and depth to improve fit and
performance.
7. Adjustable shoulder straps with hook and loop closures. With the proper fit you will get the proper placement of the weights, resulting in optimum performance.
8. A secondary closure for each shoulder utilizing a quick release clasp offers you the security of safety while the Xvest is in use.
9. The two-piece clamshell design of the Xvest is based on orthopedic devices that aid in the proper spinal alignment and support. The adjustability of the Xvest design insures proper fit to your body and proper placement of the weights.
10. The Xvest Liner is made of an Orthopedic Beta with moisture wicking properties and is also treated with an Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Microbial.
11. Quad-Lateral elastic torso straps with hook and loop closures. The proper fit also improves safety when in use.
12. Cylindrical weights in 1 LB. increments. The design of the weight puts less surface area against the body, thus reducing the opportunity for injury.
