A useful step-up platform or for use as a squat block. Comes with resistance band loops so that you can make those step-ups even harder.
The platform measures 73cm wide by 36cm deep and the unit has overall measurements of 95cm x 76cm. The platform will adjust by simply lifting upwards and has a height range from 15cm to 55cm in 5cm increments (or higher on request).
