AN EXCELLENT BENCH FOR THE LOWER BACK
The Pullum Pro-D Glute/Ham Hyper Station is a 1 machine from which you can perfrom a range of exercises.
As the name implies it is perfect for reverse Hyperextensions - easy to load, long loading pins and fold-away handles to grip during exercise.
Short of space you can then use load to perform seated rows, chest pulls and rotational exercises.
From the other side climb in to carry-out Glute/Ham exercises or Hyper Extensions or turn-around to carry-out sit ups.
The easy-adjust strap makes it usable for a wide range of different sized athletes, and the band rod lets you add resistance bands to vary the load.
Hand-made in the UK from high quality box steel, the professionally stitched upholstery and powder-coated frame mean it can handle the toughest of commercial gym environments.
