Pullum Plug-In Belt Squat Machine
If your aim is to work the legs to the limit, then the Pullum Belt squat machine is the answer. Of course you will need one of the Pullum Power Racks to plug it into.
The load is attached to the lifter via the belt so can help athletes who have shoulder injuries or want to protect their shoulders and arms during training.
Three possible heights to connect to. Handle drops away on lifting. But you can grip this to stabilise yourself during squat.
