A complement to the Eleiko Sport Training Plates or Eleiko XF Bumpers, the thinner full-size Eleiko Bumper plates are an alternative option to Eleiko Change Plates or the smaller diameter XF Bumpers for lighter loads and smaller weight increases. Made from high-quality low-odour rubber the Eleiko Bumper is designed to IWF specifications with a 450mm diameter and a 50mm inset vulcanized hub.
