Description
The F8 bench shirt maximizes the transfer of the load and energy of the barbell from the shoulders to the triceps, pectoral, and latissimus regions while also reducing strain of the rotator cuffs and stabilizing the shoulder and shoulder girdle.

- Open back design with Velcro closure at the waist.

Sizes accommodate the widest range of body sizes. The size chart below is based on competitive weight class and arm circumference.
NOTE: Arm measurements may be the same between different weight classes, but the chest plate will be wider as weight class increases.
