    Blast your strength level with the addition of chains.  Chains have been one of the greatest kept secrets of the past that have become very popular over the past 5 years.  Comes complete with Collars attached to each chain.

    Light Set of 2 x 0.5” chains, 1.6 metres long chain weighing 5kg each.
    Medium Set of 2 x 0.75” chains, 1.6 metres long chain weighing 14kg each.
    Heavy Set of 2 x 1” chains, 1.6 metres long chain weighing 24kg each.

    Recommended Chains for the Bench Press:  If you Bench Press under 90kg then you will need a total of 9-15kg of chain.  If you Bench Press 90-180kg then you will need 18-23kg of chain. If you Bench Press 180-225kg you will use 37-40kg of chain.  If you Bench Press over 225kg, you will use 45-50kg of chain.

    Recommended Chains for the Squat:  If you Squat under 90kg then you will need a total of 9-15kg of chain.  If you Squat 90-180kg then you will need 18-23kg of chain.  If you Squat 180-225kg you will use 27-32kg of chain.  If you Squat 225-270kg  then you will use 35-40kg of chain.  If you Squat 270-315kg you will use 40-45kg of chain.  If you Squat 315-360kg then you will use 45-50kg of chain. If you squat over 360 pounds you will use 55-65kg of chains.
