Our 19" resistance bands are available in seven levels of resistance, making them suitable for everything from rehabilitation and general strength training to athletic performance and powerlifting.

They can be used for a wide range of powerlifting applications, including lockouts, deadlifts and other short-stroke training techniques. For taller athletes who need additional length, the 19" bands can also be connected to a standard 41" band.

Constructed from seamless latex rubber and built in layers for added durability, Pullum resistance bands are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will cover manufacturing defects, provided the bands have not been misused or subjected to excessive wear and tear.

Great Cables - Very Strong

These bands are quite thick and are relatively stiff, that is, they increase in resistance throughout the pull. This is very good as a replacement for my "Fabled Cables" beige tubes but it does present a learning curve. The only slight negative is that they only double to 38" and even with generous handles they don't quite provide me with a rull range of motion. Nevertheless, I intend to buy more.
