Great - Strong Mini Bands

These bands are very thick and robust and look like they will last for a good length of time. Like their 19" bigger brothers, they are quite "stiff" - presenting increasing resistance throughout the pull and not just at the end of the movement. However, because they are so short, this resistance arrives quickly and can be quite a surprise if you aren't prepared for it.
They are intended for short range movement but they feel like they will not easily snap under strain as long as their maximum range is respected. For example, I have used them for Bicep Curls with my "Fabled Cables" handles with no problems. Note, these curls were mid range movements and I did fabricate a non-stretch cord to indicate when I had reached max length. I intend to buy other colours as and when I can.
