Measure from heel to longest toe
Repeat for both feet and use the longer measurement

Lifting shoes for the win

After buying, trying then returning plenty of shoes from various brands, I am so pleased with these.

Wider fitting toe box than most other brands I've tried (one of the reasons others were returned) and I like that these are plain black.

Heel feels securely locked in place without feeling tight and they have definitely added depth to my squats.

The measurement/ sizing system is bang on so do use this.

I've worn Do-Win shoes for over 10 years and they can't be beat for value and longevity. My last pair were still in good condition after 7 years and I'm sure these new pair will match that. They are great for squats, weightlifting and general gym lifting. Wide-fitting at the front and very easy to break in. I ordered the same size as my old pair and the fit was the same.
