Titan Pro Performance Elbow Sleeves

Very pleased with these - 1st session yesterday morning and 2 PB's on Bench Press.

I'm a competitive lifter - M5 60 yearr old category.

Previous PB Bench 117.5kg - with the above Titan sleeves - 120kg went up as a straight forward lift - then followed with a grind of a lift at 122.5kg.

The canvas support is very strong and gives you the ability to push through your sticking point - very reassuring to wear.

One point to mention, I originally bought medium size and could hardly get them on - re-purchased large size which are also a very snug fit.

My Bicep is 16 and a quarter inches left arm with 16 inches right arm.

So would recommend a careful measurement of your bicep to get correct size. If you have thick forearms ( I don't) you will definitely need the next size up.

Well made - and very pleased with purchase - looking forward to using these on my higher set ranges with a view to improving competition lift level.
