Zercher Harness
Handmade in the UK, the Pullum Zercher Harness is one of the best training tools for Strongmen, Powerlifters, Bodybuilders, Rugby players and athletes.
The standard Zercher Squat Harness has two sets of pins and the Front Squat Zercher Harness has 3 sets of pins, both robust enough to serve elite-level strongmen.
Sizing (this is a guide only, 25cm could also be 26cm. Please contact us for larger or smaller harnesses):
Medium: 25cm chest depth
Large: 30cm chest depth
The Zercher Squat is one of the most effective full-body exercises in strength training. It works over 400 muscles, helping to build strength, balance, and explosive power. The Pullum Front Squat / Zercher Harness helps you lift safely and efficiently. It reduces spinal strain and keeps you upright during the movement.
This dual-purpose harness is great for both Zercher squats and front squats. It keeps the bar in a secure position for every rep. A game-changer for athletes who have trouble with front squats, this is often because of poor wrist mobility or bar slippage. Traditional grips like clean grip, crossed arms, or straps are fine for light weights. But when the weights get heavy, technique can suffer. The Zercher Harness eliminates that risk.
Our Zercher Harness is also robust. It holds up to 500kg and works for both Zercher squats and Zercher deadlifts. It’s a great addition to any strength training program.

This is essential for processing your return and ensuring a record of your request, you must then include this returns number (on a copy of the invoice) and send it back along with your goods for a refund within 28 days of receipt of goods.
