Pullum Squat Handles For Rack

Pullum Squat Handles are sold as a pair and are designed for use with any Pullum Rack. Adjustable to any height  available on the rack upright the simple self locking mechanism can be set in seconds. The handles are 15cm long with a rubber cover to make them about 28mm in diameter.

These handles offer athletes greater stability on safety squats, reducing stress on the shoulders and triceps while maintaining a straight spine. By keeping your hands in front of you, it also becomes easier to sit back through the movement and shift the focus to the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

Whilst these Hatfield Squat Handles make an excellent companion piece with the Pullum Safety Squat Bar they can also be used as a leverage tool for stretching exercises and more.

 The wraps are designed to fit around all Pullum racks or racks that use 70 x 70mm box section. Our central pin is 25mm so your holes need to be larger than that.
