This is an ideal training machine for anyone where rotational strength and power are important.
Designed for a rugby club, this plate loaded machine can be setup for your individual needs and then used from both sides so that all possible muscle group combinations are worked.
The height of the handles can be set and whilst the grips are normally supplied 52cm apart, they can be varied on request.
As with all Pullum equipment, this machine is designed to last.
