Pullum Adjustable Steel Jerk Box/Jerk Blocks
Extremely robust steel construction, each pair weighing in at 228kg. Each box adjusts from 90cm to 130cm in 5cm increments.
Rubber covered top surfaces and wooden stops to prevent discs rolling off. For use with bumper or weightlifting discs only.
Each Block surface measures 100cm x 50cm so a great size for training. Needs two people to adjust height.
