The Baraban Pinch Blocks come in three different widths.
Starting at 8 mm breadth to train your narrow pinch strength, next level is the medium pinch block with 50 mm width and on top the widest pinch block with almost 100 mm width to ensure that your pinch grip will be trained in all possible areas.
A loading pin should be chosen to work with these babies.
