Our Process

From Consultation to Installation

1. Consult

We talk. On the phone or face-to-face, whatever you prefer. You tell us about your space, your budget and your goals. We listen, then get to work.

2. Design

We create a comprehensive digital layout designed for maximum efficiency. We send you the design along with a quote. Then you can review, refine, and adjust until it’s exactly what you want.

3. Build

When you’re ready to go ahead, we make your equipment by hand in our UK factory. Everything is made with precision and built to last. Pullum has a 10-year guarantee on all frames and welds. If something goes wrong, we’ll put it right.

4. Install

Our dedicated team of experts will deliver and install your gym wherever you are. They’ll lay the flooring, do the heavy lifting, assemble the machines, and rigorously test it all, so everything is ready to use right away.

5. Maintain

We’ll keep in touch and make sure everything is running smoothly. If you ever have a problem, want an upgrade or need a replacement part, give us a call.
