Designed to fit any of the Pullum Pro Power Rack range these plug-in jammer arms add a whole new dimension to training within our racks.
Plug-in near the top of the rack for standing Jammer training. Drop down a bit and incline chest press is possible. Drop down near the floor and deadlift or shrugs are possible.
We're sure you will think of more ways to use them.
Available in a range of colours.
Arms are 75cm long with a multi-position handle to allow you to vary the muscle groups being used.
